The Architecture
A four-layer architecture that governs identity, behavior, trust, and authenticity as distinct but connected concerns. Each layer answers a different question about a person, and together they make a representation faithful, explainable, and measurable.
Layer 01
Who the person is
Defines identity itself by modeling a person across interconnected domains of values, relationships, expertise, and lived experience. It moves beyond demographic data to a rounded, structural understanding of the individual, so everything above it rests on a faithful foundation.
Layer 02
How the person expresses
Governs how a person thinks, reasons, and communicates: tone, judgment, and character. It keeps a representation consistent across situations, so it behaves like the person rather than merely retrieving their facts.
Layer 03
Where each memory comes from
The trust architecture. It traces every memory and response to its source and preserves the evidentiary history of each identity element as connected nodes, making the representation transparent, explainable, and auditable.
Layer 04
How faithful it is
Measures how accurately a representation reflects the real individual, and distinguishes verified recall from careful inference. It provides an objective mechanism for benchmarking and validating authenticity over time.
Inside Layer 01
The Persona Genome Framework represents a person through twelve interconnected domains. Naming the domains communicates the breadth of the model; the methods that populate, weight, and relate them are proprietary.

This page describes the structure and purpose of each layer, enough for partners, agencies, and investors to understand our approach and its rigor. The specific models, scoring methods, weighting schemes, and data schemas that make each layer work are proprietary and patent pending. We share that detail selectively under confidentiality, and within our federal research proposals, rather than publishing it here.
Every layer operates under consent, provenance, and human oversight, coordinated by Computational Memory Governance.
